1. Definitions & Interpretation

2.2 One Account Policy

bd17 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Where multiple accounts are detected, bd17 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any bonus funds held within them.

2.3 Account Security

3. Age Restriction & Verification

5.4 Void Bets and Errors

Where a void decision is made, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's account.

5.5 Casino and RNG Games

Where bonus abuse is detected, bd17 reserves the right to void all bonus-funded winnings and close the accounts involved.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Players who choose to make a withdrawal from their account before completing an active bonus's wagering requirement will forfeit the remaining bonus balance and any winnings generated directly from bonus funds. The real money balance may still be withdrawn subject to standard withdrawal conditions.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the bd17 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations at all times. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bd17

bd17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that a player is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or bonus abuse.
• A player self-exclusion request or a third-party responsible gaming referral.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their bd17 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by writing to [email protected]. Voluntary account closures are processed within 24 hours of the request being received. Any real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions.

8.3 Effects of Closure
